An opportunity for an Investment Surveyor to provide comprehensive advice on sales, acquisitions & development funding transactions to highly regarded private property companies and high net worth individuals.

Our client provide commercial property advice on a regional and national basis to clients that include Occupiers, Developers, Property Funds, Investors and Public Sector Organisations.

The company offers the full range of property services with specialist departments advising and acting for clients on Agency, Development, Acquisition, Property Management, Rating, Planning, Building Surveying, Project Management, Landlord and Tenant, Valuation and Property Investment.

The Role

The Investment Surveyor will be part of an Investment Team with over 50 years’ experience within the commercial property investment market and utilise this expertise to provide comprehensive advice on sales, acquisitions & development funding transactions. The Midlands office allow the Investment Team to operate across the whole country whilst having an in depth knowledge of the greater Midlands market.

The Investment Surveyor will utilise the company’s strong links with a large number of institutional, property company and private investors along with their occupier client base, to unearth investment opportunities.

Duties Of The Investment Surveyor Will Include

• Investment sales including preparation for the market & managing the transaction throughout.

• Investment acquisitions including identifying the opportunity & managing the transaction throughout.

• Advice on development funding options.

• Cash flow performance analysis of individual assets and portfolios.

• Strategic review preparation of portfolios for acquisition and disposal.

Required Skills

The Investment Surveyor will have a naturally curious nature and will be committed to delivering the best possible results for their clients. A properly related degree is desirable, along with RICS chartered status, however APC can be offered for the right individual if required.
