CCO Group are recruiting for one of their leading clients, an international commercial real estate services company in their search for an Associate level valuation surveyor with an expertise in portfolio valuations.
What is the role?
To undertake valuations of properties within a wide range of portfolios
To undertake a variety of Loan Security, Institutional and Corporate Valuations
To assist and take responsibility for junior team members in the preparation of regularly valued portfolios
To liaise with fund managers and asset managers on a regular basis
To undertake secured lending valuations and other one-off valuations when required
In conjunction with other team members, develop existing relationships and proactively win new business.
Have a passion to lead and develop more junior staff.
Driven, hard working with a desire to progress their career.
What do you need?
MRICS status
Strong experience of portfolio lead valuations
Ability to proactively win new business and maintain current clients to a high standard
A want and desire to train and lead others
