Description

The company was founded in 2004 as a property investment and development company on the back of a successful business owning and developing large scale housing and care homes. As it stands today the company is a diverse prop co investing and developing in multiple sectors from residential, commercial/industrial, strategic land, build to rent and student accommodation, more latterly with a focus on mixed use urban projects. Key to the company’s success is buying right in the first place with an adaptable strategy to add value and mitigate risk through planning optimisation and innovative delivery.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Acquisitions Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Acquisitions Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing strategic investment opportunities nationwide. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end acquisition process, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions targets and investment opportunities nationwide.

- Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to assess investment potential and risks.

- Perform due diligence, including property inspections, title searches and environmental assessments.

- Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial models, and valuation reports.

- Negotiate and structure acquisition deals, including purchase agreements, leases, and joint ventures.

- Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party consultants to ensure smooth transaction processes.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.

- Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field, a Masters degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in a senior role.

- Strong knowledge of property valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing real estate acquisitions deals.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.

- Proficiency in financial modelling and real estate investment analysis software

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Relevant professional certification (MRICS) are desirable.
