We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Acquisitions Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Acquisitions Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing strategic investment opportunities nationwide. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end acquisition process, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions targets and investment opportunities nationwide.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to assess investment potential and risks.
- Perform due diligence, including property inspections, title searches and environmental assessments.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial models, and valuation reports.
- Negotiate and structure acquisition deals, including purchase agreements, leases, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party consultants to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field, a Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of property valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing real estate acquisitions deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and real estate investment analysis software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant professional certification (MRICS) are desirable.
