We are a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, searching for an Associate Environmental Consultant to manage their Team of Consultants based in Newcastle.

Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and ideally have achieved Chartered status. You will also be expected to have vast experience or consents, the planning process and completing Environmental Statements and Environmental Impact Assessments for renewable energy and windfarm projects.

Candidates are required to have experience managing projects and mentoring team members.

As an Associate Environmental Consultant you will have the opportunity to manage projects, mentor team members and complete technical work spanning Environmental Consents, Habitat Regulation Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Statements for mainly windfarm, offshore and renewable energy projects Local Authorities, Energy Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.

You will also have the opportunity to liaise with Clients to develop new business opportunities, train team members and attend site visits.
