With an office based in Liverpool, you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of sharing your working time between the office and home within this role. This is not a position where you will be expected in the office every day each week so will suit Valuation Surveyors throughout the North West.

As the successful Valuation Surveyor, you will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs in commercial property. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

To be successful within this position you need to be passionate about property and in particular valuation. As an RICS registered valuer you will work closely with the rest of the department and will be responsible for mainly commercial valuations (secured lending, pension funds, portfolios) for your client base.
